FICOH Selects Symbility Solutions Mobile Claims(TM) System
Automated Benefits Corp. Signs Additional U.S. Insurance Company
WATERLOO, Ontario, June 13 -- Symbility Solutions, a wholly owned subsidiary of Automated Benefits Corp. (TSX VENTURE: AUT) today announced First Insurance Company of Hawaii, Ltd. (FICOH) has selected the Symbility mobile claims solution to improve the accuracy and speed of its claims processing by allowing the on-site collection of loss information.
"We are pleased to bring our mobile claims solution to another U.S. customer, enabling them to improve their efficiency and better serve their clients," said James Swayze, CEO at Symbility Solutions. "Considering that their top priority is achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction, FICOH immediately saw how Symbility could improve their services."
As the oldest and largest property and casualty insurer domiciled in Hawaii, FICOH recognized the need to automate processes, control costs and improve efficiency. Symbility's solution provides FICOH claims adjusters with the mobility required to collect data at the insured's site and resolve claims quickly and accurately. Paying on a per-claim basis, the Symbility solution requires no up-front costs or license fees.
"We looked at other products in our efforts to streamline our claims-processing capabilities, but Symbility's mobile claims solution was by far the easiest to use," said Mike Nonaka of First Insurance. "The Symbility team was very helpful in addressing all of our questions and concerns. Our adjusters are very excited about the opportunity to move into a modern electronic estimating environment."
