Temporary - Hire a temporary claims professional from ClaimsLink Staffing to handle peak claim loads and to cover vacancies created by employee turnover, vacation, sick, disability or maternity leave. Temp-to-Hire - Got a claims position to fill and want to see our candidates perform on the job prior to hiring them? Then consider an on-the-job audition through ClaimsLink Staffing & Recruiting. We will waive any and all applicable hiring fees once the temporary employee works just 499 hours (that's less than 90 days!). Prior to working 499 hours, a temp-to-hire fee equal to a small percentage of the annual salary would apply.

Direct Hire/"Permanent" - We will recruit active and passive job seekers for your claims positions on a contingency basis. This means that if you don't hire any of the candidates we recruit, you don't pay a thing. If you decide to hire a ClaimsLink Staffing candidate, the fee you pay is calculated by multiplying a low percentage figure (as low as 5%) times the annual salary for the position.

* If you're currently using a third-party recruiter on a contingency basis for your claims positions, ClaimsLink Staffing will provide the same services for at least 50% LESS than you are currently being charged...guaranteed.

Retained Search -This service is designed as an alternative to traditionally poor performing newspaper and online employment advertising. Use this service for a low flat fee in lieu of newspapers and online job sites. The fee for this service is equal to your budget for the claims position you are trying to fill. To calculate the exact fee, simply add up what you planned to spend to advertise the position, and then let us know the amount. We take care of the rest.

Retained Search Bonus: See an available candidate you would like to hire but just not positive? Have them audition on the job as a ClaimsLink Staffing temporary employee. Then if you decide you want to hire that person, you can do so at any time and we will waive all temp-to-hire fees prior to completing the requisite 499 hours.
